Eastern Iowa IFMA Chapter Meetings

Monthly meetings begin in September and conclude in June at the Annual IFMA Golf Outing.  The schedule is set during the summer board retreat and fulfill at least one the following four categories: Tour, Round Table Discussion, Education, Networking. 

The goal is to provide a variety of valuable experiences for our members and guests. Ideas and suggestions for future meetings are always welcome.  Email [email protected].

Brucemore Mansion Tour

Tuesday May 16 - 4:00-5:30

Don' miss out on the opportunity to join us for a unique 90-minute tour of the mansion and grounds to learn about the history of Brucemore with an emphasis on facilities work and restoration processes.

    1. The tour will be adjusted as needed to accommodate for inclement weather, but we will still go outside in light rain, or if the grounds are muddy. Please wear appropriate shoes and attire for the weather.
    2. The historic mansion is not currently wheelchair accessible due to preservation work. There are several stairs to access the first floor, and several flights of stairs to see the other floors. Please make the best decision for your accessibility needs.

You are encouraged to bring a facilities professional guest at no additional cost when you register for the event.  Help us re-energize the Eastern Iowa IFMA Chapter and bring a guest to this amazing tour.
