Monthly meetings begin in September and conclude in June at the Annual IFMA Golf Outing. The schedule is set during the summer board retreat and fulfill at least one the following four categories: Tour, Round Table Discussion, Education, Networking.

Facilities managers around the country, and within our chapter, have been tasked with the additional responsibility of providing and maintaining a safe working environment during the 2020 Global COVID-19 Pandemic. Not all facilities are created equal. Many COVID-19 strategies to mitigate risk have proven to be successful, while others have not. The Eastern Iowa IFMA chapter is happy to present a zoom lunch and learn for participants to hear from Facilities Managers across Eastern Iowa and the challenges that they have overcome but also the current and future challenges they face. This will be a moderated panel discussion followed by participant Q&A.
